Cape May C September 13, 2018

We love visiting Victorian Cape May with all of its fancy bric-a-brac, towers, and ornate buildings.  Most of these were B and B's or hotels.

We had to leave on the Cape May-Lewes ferry too soon, but we enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely light for a passing ferry.

 A little wind!

There were quite a few birds hanging out on the rocks

Cape May and the Shore in September

In all the craziness of the last few months, I discovered I left out our mini vacation to the New Jersey shore in September.  It was sort of a last chance to enjoy the summer weather.

The first two days were a little rainy, but it soon turned pleasant.

A stop at an antique shop that sold hundreds of adirondack chairs.

The Cape May-Lewes Ferry was a relaxing break during the trip, but the waves were high enough to make it challenging to walk around.

I've seen black swans in Cape May and Lancaster County.  They are fairly rare.
