New Peacock Triptych Just Posted

I have a fondness for peacocks, as long as they don't live in my backyard!  I just love how proudly they show off their colors to entice the female peahens.  I wanted to try making a triptych, one of those 3 panel acrylic photographs.  They look great behind your couch.  I also added a whimsical t-shirt with the back on the back. LOL.  I hope you think this one is special.

Coltons Point and St Clements Visit

We took a day trip to Colton's Point, MD and St. Clement's Island Museum area on a beautiful late summer day.  I hope you enjoy the photos. Some of my previous visits to the area were for the Blessing of the Fleet in October.

More of Solomon's Island September 2022

We went back to Solomon's Island for a second visit to see more boats and birds.  This time there were lots of cormorants sitting on a pier by Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church.  They looked quite hot in the blazing sun and were puffing out their necks to deal with the heat.

We also visited the On Watch Statue on Solomon's Island at the end of Dowell Road.  It commemorates the World War II Amphibious Training Base from the 1940s.  Nearby, an out of service Navy Yard Patrol Craft was moored.
