River Concerts are starting online Friday, June 26, 6:15 pm

Some possible performers in this week's River Concert Series online performance, "Let us break bread together" Also Sherri Fenwick Piano/organ, Alec Manasse clarinet and some Chesapeake Orchestra brass. (Not pictured).  Subject to change!

River Concert Series The Art of Dance June 28, 2019

Woodlawn Concert on July 4th

We watched the Woodlawn Farm concert in Ridge last Saturday night, July 4th, featuring the Chesapeake Fellows http://www.chesapeakeorchestra.org/chesapeake-orchestra-fellows.html

It was a lovely intimate concert for a smaller crowd, willing to pay $25 per concert to help support the Chesapeake Orchestra.

There will be 3 more consecutive Saturday concerts open to the public at 7 pm.  Wine

River Concert Friday June 26th, St. Mary's College of Maryland

Nathaniel Silberschlag was the star performer on horn, a very talented 16 year old.  Actually his whole family is very talented!  He played the solo part in Mozart's Concerto number 4 for Horn and did a superb job for the Chesapeake Orchestra.  I am looking forward to the Friday July 3rd concert, "Superman, Sousa, Saturday Night Live".
