Two More Photos will be on Display in the Next Annmarie Garden Exhibit

Information about When Darkness Falls: Night Explorations

My photos called Ghost and HVFD Fireworks will be on display at Annmarie Garden Kay Daugherty Gallery October 11, 2019-January 26, 2020 for the exhibit called "When Darkness Falls:  Night Explorations".  Both are for sale, so if your favorite holiday is Halloween or you love celebrations, take a look.

Previous gallery exhibits I shared my photography in included:  SWARM:  Invasion of the Insects, Spectacular Skies, Escape:  Art on Vacation, Of a Feather: Birds in Art, and Ebb and Flow:  The Power of Water.  I suspect this exhibit will be on the top floor.

I was surprised to sell Michigan Beach at the Ebb and Flow Exhibit.

Please join me in attending the After Hours Opening on October 11, 2019 5-8 pm.

Bald Eagles Stopped by to Check Out the Creek

The osprey have probably flown south now, so the eagles felt free to hang out at the osprey nest again.  They came just in time for me to add some photos to the animal critique group I belong to in the Photographic Society of America yesterday.  This one seemed the sharpest and the others are bonus pictures for you.

The Artwalk is Coming! September 6, 2019

The Artwalk will be held in Leonardtown on Friday Sep 6th, 5-8 pm.  Calm Reflections Photography will be offering photography and photography crafts in town.  Don Stapleson from the Chesapeake Orchestra will be at the art walk with Clazzical Jazz, probably playing flute or sax.

I also have a photo in the Art competition, my lovely sunset photo of a Michigan Beach.  Someone recently bought a copy of it at the almost ended exhibit "Ebb and Flow" at Annmarie Gardens.  It is one of my favorites.  It is still on display at Annmarie until September 1st.

I will know soon where it will be located in Leonardtown.  The contest is somewhat of a popularity contest, so please vote for it if you like it and if you can.  Voting can help you win a gift.  My framed photo will also be for sale.  Can't you just see this gorgeous photo in your living room?  I just wish it was taken in St. Mary's County.  I hope to see you there!
